The Role:
As a Business Analyst at Voco, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives.
You’ll:

Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements

Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment

Translate needs into clear user stories, process models, and functional specifications

Partner with delivery teams (Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Architects) to ensure successful execution

Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working

Navigate ambiguity and help organisations move from problem to solutio
What you bring:
We’re looking for people who combine strong consulting capability with delivery credibility:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in consulting or complex environments

Strong experience working across digital, data, or technology transformation programmes

Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes

Highly skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation

Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery environments

Strong critical thinking and the ability to simplify complexity

A pragmatic, outcomes-focused mindset

IIBA certification – this shows us you’re a career Business Analyst with a best-practice perspective
Nice to have:

Experience with MS365, Dynamics, or Power Platform

Exposure to enterprise integration, cloud, or data platforms

Consulting background (or client-facing delivery experience)
