The Opportunity 

We're looking for a highly experienced Principal Consultant to lead the functional vision and delivery approach across large-scale Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programmes. 

This is a role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business strategy, transformation, technology and people. 

You'll work with executive stakeholders, programme leaders, architects and delivery teams to guide organisations through complex change initiatives, ensuring solutions remain aligned, scalable and focused on achieving meaningful business outcomes. 

More importantly, you'll have the opportunity to influence not just project outcomes, but how consulting is delivered. 

What You'll Be Doing 

You'll provide the functional leadership that enables large programmes to succeed, including: 

• Defining and owning the end-to-end functional vision across major transformation programmes 
• Leading discovery workshops and strategic engagement with senior stakeholders 
• Translating complex business challenges into practical, scalable solution designs 
• Providing direction through ambiguity and helping clients make confident decisions 
• Guiding functional teams, mentoring consultants and building capability 
• Working alongside solution architects and delivery leaders to create cohesive outcomes 
• Balancing business priorities, technical possibilities and organisational change considerations 
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout programme lifecycles

This isn't about small implementations or straightforward system deployments. 

You'll be involved in complex, high-value engagements where success depends on your ability to: 

• Navigate competing stakeholder interests 
• Influence executive decision-makers 
• Create clarity amongst organisational complexity 
• Drive transformation across multiple business functions 
• Shape strategic direction whilst remaining connected to delivery realities 

About You 

You'll likely bring: 

• Significant experience leading large-scale Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE programmes 
• A strong consulting background with exposure to enterprise clients and complex business environments 
• Exceptional facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
• The ability to think strategically whilst remaining pragmatic and outcome-focused 
• Experience influencing senior leaders and guiding difficult decisions 
• A reputation for building trust quickly and maintaining it through delivery 
• Strong judgement and commercial acumen developed through years of consulting experience
