This is an opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional to own growth end-to-end. You'll lead complex sales cycles, win new enterprise business, build long-term strategic partnerships, and play a key role in shaping our commercial direction.

The Role
This is a senior enterprise sales role with clear accountability for pipeline, revenue, and outcomes.
You'll be solving complex business problems. You'll sell on value, not volume — and you'll enjoy the ownership, influence, and commercial impact this role offers.
You'll advise clients on complex application development and digital capability — leading strategic conversations across a wide range of industries and enterprise environments. This is consultative selling at its core, requiring credibility, curiosity, and the ability to engage at a senior level.
Our Applications team builds exactly what clients need. That can mean large, complex platforms or smaller, highly specialised solutions — all requiring thoughtful design, technical depth, and commercial clarity. We frequently push the boundaries of what's possible, leveraging advancements such as AI to help clients transform performance and unlock new value.
You'll originate and progress new opportunities while expanding an established client base. Success comes from strong commercial judgement, focus, and the ability to lead sophisticated sales cycles through to close.
Sales cycles range from medium‑term decisions to longer‑term strategic engagements. You must be comfortable staying close to senior stakeholders over time, managing complexity, and earning trust at an executive level.
This is not a numbers game. It's about identifying the right deals and executing them well.
You'll also play a meaningful role in shaping how enterprise sales continue to evolve as the business scales.

What We're Looking For

Proven enterprise sales experience across either Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP (SAP, Workday etc)

Strong new‑business orientation with sound commercial judgement
