Lead technical delivery and ensure our Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform projects are set up for success! 

We operate at several different levels within our client organisations. The team you will be joining is our Business Applications team who build bespoke business applications. Most of our clients are large enterprises and we develop a variety of bespoke applications for them.  

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? 

You’ll be constantly exploring new frontiers - variety is the name of the game around here! 

Our Senior Technical Consultants are critical to the success of any project. Our clients need solutions that are fresh and new and a lot of the time you're heading into brand new territory…this is exciting stuff!   

Being an expert in converting business requirements into robust technical solutions is what this role is all about. You’ll be working at the leading edge of innovation, making the most of all that AI has to offer, and working alongside clients who really want to take their organisation further.  

As a senior in the team, you’ll you will be responsible for leading our intermediate consultants and providing day-to day mentoring. On the flip side, you’ll work in tandem with our Chief Architect to ensure our solutions are watertight. 

EXPERIENCE NEEDED 

Someone with broad development capability across Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform - and solid experience building bespoke solutions for clients.   

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a massive variety of work - the types of applications will build vary and the clients we work alongside also vary, so if you're someone who craves new challenges and loads of variety in their work, then we’re the place for you! 

We’re a small, super-charged team - because of this, you’ll need to wear several hats – we all work in together, doing what’s needed to deliver a solution 

OUR CONSULTING ENVIRONMENT

LOCATION & HYBRID WORKING 

This role can be based in either Auckland or Wellington because that’s where most of our clients are and we think that working onsite with clients a couple of times a week is a key reason we’re successful. We all come together in our office on Mondays to work as part of a wider team, which means you can work from home around 2 days a week if you like.
